Return & Refund

Customers have 7 calendar days after receiving their order to request a return, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.

The product must be unused, with original tags, and in the original packaging.

Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been inspected.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of defect or shipping errors.

Example: If you receive pants with a manufacturing defect, we will cover the return shipping cost and issue a full refund.
