Exchange Policy

Exchanges for size, color, or model are accepted within 7 calendar days after receipt.

The product must be unused and in perfect condition.

For exchanges due to buyer’s remorse or wrong choice, the shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.

In cases of our error or defective products, shipping costs are covered by us.

Example: Bought a size M blazer but it’s too small? Request an exchange and send it to our logistics address in Brazil.
